Our online portal can be used for both owners and tenants. This is a convenient way for tenants to pay rents, submit maintenance requests, view their lease and other important documents, and track their balance/payment history. Our portal gives owners the ability to view up-to-date financial information, copies of leases, copies of paid invoices and much more!
24 Hour maintenance
We provide a 24-hour maintenance line for tenants. Any maintenance issues that might arise with your rental property will be handled in a timely manner. We work closely with highly recommended contractors in all areas.

Don't need a fulltime property manager but need help finding a qualified tenant? We do everything from advertising your property, conducting showings, and extensively screening tenants, to creating and signing the lease.

Our application process is very thorough before signing with a qualified tenant. We run a background and credit check, eviction report, verify income, and do a landlord verification for each applicant.
One of our licensed real estate agents will do a walkthrough of your investment property and a monthly rental rate will be determined by the current market rates.
We will do annual walkthroughs of your rental property before giving tenants an option to renew their lease. We will also do a routine walkthrough once a tenant has vacated.
