Review potential tenants with the property owner before final approval.
Take updated and very detailed photos of the rental property before move-in.
Create a lease packet with all of the required documents.
One of our licensed real estate agents will perform lease signing with the approved tenants, collect first month's rent and security deposit, and issue keys.
Submit a packet with the new tenants' application and move-in photos to the property owner.

- Crime-Free Lease Addendum
- Lead Based Paint Disclosure and Packet (if applicable)
- Pet Agreement (if applicable)
