Tenant criteria:
Household combined income of 3 times the monthly rent.
We will do a credit check, background check, rental verification and employment verification on all occupants over the age of 18 years of age.
We look beyond your credit score. We base your application on all factors not just your score.
Rent can be paid by cashiers check, money order, credit card or electronic check. You can mail or drop off your rent at MI Property Management's office (5792 143rd Ave. Suite B Holland, MI 49423). You can pay through your tenant portal with credit card or eCheck. Rent is due by the 1st of every month. There is a 3 day grace period, if not received by then you will be accessed a $25 late fee.
Certain units do allow pets with approval. The pet policy will be $50 per month per pet and an additional 1/2 month's rent security deposit will be collected.
All requests for repairs must be in writing and submitted via the tenant portal or email. We do have a 24-hour emergency number for after hours, weekend, and holiday emergencies. This number will be provided in your move in packet.
You may sublet/assign your lease only at the discretion of your landlord and MI Property Management. The sublet/assign tenant must submit an application along with fees and be approved as any other tenant would be. You will be charged a fee equal to 50% of one month’s rent if you bring an approved replacement tenant. If the property manager or your landlord finds a replacement tenant for you, you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of month’s rent.
